Makeing Album Cases?

I Wanna make a few cases for my Favourite Albums
Ill Show an Example

Whats the best Software for Printing ?
And Were can i get more of the Back Covers ?

beacuse you can just buy them at Office Max or any of those kind of stores.

if you are talking about the album booklets...
there's programs with the exact sizes and you can also buy the printing sheets for it.
just google around, you'll find some pretti easy
