Try DAP aka Download Accelerator Plus

Its pretty reliable, just use the free version, no need to upgrade.
If you have troble downloading anything, such as on zshare, then you can fix that problem by going into Tools--> Options and tick "show "regular"/"accelerated" option" so that you can choose to download normally if using DAP does not work.
