Lokomotiv Jaroslavl (7.9.2011)

Just week ago, plane with hockey team Lokomotiv Jaroslavl crashed, when they try to take off, they hit the radar and plane fall to the river Volga. 44 people died only one man survive. I'm a big hockey fan, but this day, and whole week was my worst week ever. My favourite hockey player named Pavol Demitra died in this plane. Today was his funeral on our TV channel. I live in Slovakia, it's small country in middle europe, and Pavol was our National Hockey Team captain and my idol, he was very charismatic and he was very good person. When I saw this message on CNN, I just start crying like a baby, i was totally destroyed. So through this message, I wanna thank to Pavol and whole Lokomotiv Jaroslavl and to their families, I will stand behind you and I will pray for Lokomotiv and players that died every day.

Pavol was a very special person and we are proud of you what you did for us, the man was the heart and soul and I'll never forget. Rest in peace, and expressing condolences to the family.

Cant beleive this thread only has one comment.... This was one of the most tragic event in nhl history.

Im still hurting... Rest in peace to everyone involved in this crash.

The whole nhl community and nhl fans are grieving. We will never forget.

I'm czech so slovaks are like my brothers and it what happened was really very sad.

And that guy was an amazing person and player!

So rest in peace to him and everyone involved in this crash!!
