They had their best performance of the tournament in their last match. If they can build from that, they can beat Holland tonight. On paper Argentina are the much weaker side, and too heavily reliant on one player.

Do you think Messi is better than Suarez?

I think Argentina is a lot like Brazil, they depend heavily on couple players; Messi and Di Maria mostly. Their defence is fine, but it has flaws. Hopefully they won't lose 7-1 haha

Argentina are favourites to win here, Holland are paying $3.20:

And Suarez to Barca seems like a done deal, so it'll be interesting to see them both on the pitch on the same team

Robben has never been and will never be half as good as Messi. You got to be biased (or dutch) to believe so. Messi in his worst season has better stats than Robben.

Of course Robben might be faster, but he's also a prick whose main goal in Football is to get penalties. I hate the way he dives, something that Messi clearly doesn't do or at least very rarely.

There's no way in hell Robben is better than Messi. But that doesn't mean Netherlands won't win today.

Menzo wrote:Messi is probably the best dribbler I've seen, or at least in the past five or so years. Robben's fast but he can't maintain speed like that and keep the ball cleanly by his feet.

Plus he has aged horrifically, fuck him for that too.

And it's crazy because it's like those type of goals are his trade mark. He often scores like that, like it's easy as fuck. Some might hate him because he's not the same player as two years ago but shit, I'm glad I can say I have witnessed Lionel Messi's rise with Barcelona.

It's also funny how like 3 years ago some people were shitting on Messi because he wasn't so great at free kicks and Cristiano was. Seems like he heard them and practiced a lot, now almost every free kick he shoots means danger for the goalkeepers.

Khedira has to be one of most underrated players of the last few years, imo.

Also, Revolutionary, you are wrong in thinking Messi is overrated.
