Have you guys read about ABC Family shows? Every single one of them has at least one homosexual or lesbian in it. Not that I have a problem with it, but I just can't stand when people blatantly try to shove their agenda down your throat. What makes it even more interesting is that ABC Family is ran by conservatives....

About 2% of Americans identify as LGBT and there only the people who openly identify. That number would be higher if people were more comfortable in coming "out" and that takes awareness. It's takes anti-homophobia campaigns and open discussion to raise that awareness.

If even 4% of Americans are LGBT that's 12,000,000-16,000,000 of people who aren't being represented in family shows because they're not a "normal" family. It takes things like athletes, celebrities, media and pop culture to shift people's perception.
