heat too focused on the spread shooters to secure the arc after LJ drives. they need a real center, size, and D. perhaps a better point as well, someone who can find the big 3 quicker and easier.

if the big 3 are even there next year. time will tell. and wade is falling fast cause his body is falling apart. even if all 3 are there it might be like a big lebron and 2 other guys

Are spurs struggling with any injuries? Cause if not I think it'll be the same final as last year.

Spurs are struggling hard against the 8th seed in the West.

I'm not sure they'll hold up all that well against the Trailblazers should they make it passed the first round.... not to mention the Clippers if they advance to the Western Conference Finals.

I called Heat and Clippers a while back, and I think that is what we are going to get tbh.

Agreed they'll make it out of the east. I just don't see them capable of making big enough changes to the roster to compete with the best of the west. I'll reassess after the offseason, and there's definitely some talent out there for them to tap into. With Lebron you always have a shot but I think the Spurs, as is, Thunder and even Clippers would be more likely to win a championship next year.

The situation for Wade will be interesting. I could see him taking less money if it means the team can get better. The reality is his performance was just not good enough, and he'd be killing the team opting in. Bosh also needs to reassess his game. Adding the jumper was a big step but he's too reluctant to force teams to guard him as the duel threat he could be. Not enough driving on his part when he's a very capable finisher around the rim. I also don't really think getting a big man is a big deal mostly because there's not much available. The great big men are locked in and the rest that are available wouldn't be adding much other than just a body.

This Heat team is facing a lot of questions going into the offseason, but Pat has the championship pedigree so I can't completely dismiss their chances to bring in young talent.

He knows damn well he isn't worth $40 million the next 2 years.

The best thing he can do is opt out and sign a 6 year deal to finish his career out in Miami with the chance of winning even more championships. He will forever cement himself as a top 3 SG along with Jordan and Bryant.

I edited my comment but I don't think he will turn down that money. He already has 3 rings. But him and Bosh need to cut money off there contracts.

there are a few teams lebron could go too, take less money and just dominate, bulls being one of them

Kyle Lowry would be a huge pick up. He's great on defense and a great decision maker, certainly better than Chalmers.

I also think this would be a great opportunity to get someone in the draft. If we drafted a veteran like Cleanthony Early or Deandre Kane would could get someone who could produce from day 1.

he will be a decent player. he has size, can shoot and rebound, and is an intelligent player. if he doesnt produce in the nba i will be shocked. but what the hell do i know
