I Thought i'd ask here, as i'm always confused about this

The Default Sizes i use:

Banner: 800x100, 800x200
Background: 800x600, 1024x768, 1600x1200
Avatar: 60x60, 90x90, 120x120, 160x160
Sig: 400x75, 200x50

Obviously they'll be different for websites etc, but i jus wanted to know if theres a default or 'standard' out there for them...
