Can I just be allowed to login to my old account, DanWS?

Because the site requires so many password changes I often forget the latest one I'm using. So when I'm required to change it again I can't because I need to enter my old password to change it to a new one. Even when I request a new one and use it to login, I'm STILL prompted to enter my old password before confirming my new one, which of course I can't remember. I PM'd admin about the problem but didn't get a response. Now that I can't login at all from the DanWS account I've had to create this one, but because I dont have 20 posts I'm not allowed to PM anyone to rectify this problem.

Seriously, why does it have to be so complicated? Can I just have my old account back, please.
