tablets?

looking to get a tablet but ipads are expensive

obv done my own research, just wondering if there were any you recommend
im looking at the Nexus 7(below) anyone know if they have apps similar to itunes
and how the OS works, i believe its ice cream sandwich from andriod

The Kindle appears to have most of the apps that are available on Android phones - or at least it has every app that I have on my phone. Angry Birds, Where's My Water, Temple Run, Fruit Ninja, etc. It offers one paid app for free per day (even the ones that cost $5-6). It won't be the same ones that the Apple products offer because Android and Apple offer different apps.

The Nexus is beautiful, first off. The KF (I have the original one, not the new HD one they just came out with) looks a bit more blocky in structure - not graphics, graphics are fine, just in how it's physically made. It's not as sleek as the Nexus. The Nexus syncs with my brother's phone and computer beautifully (for all I know, the KF can do this too, but I haven't tried).

whomever uses it, is the 16gb too small or does it fufill your needs? it has external sd memory aswell though right

no not just for apps, itll basically be a laptop for me, i just like the touch and idea of tablets over a laptop
my ipod is 32 gig but i wouldnt have my music and what have you on the nexus.

does it have the ability to attach a keyboard? i was looking up ones with keyboards and that popped up, only reason i found the nexus.

but i belive jelly bean etc is andriod not google, idk though
