No sound comin from my laptop.

Hey y'all., I need help.
I was using my laptop normally an hour ago, when i opened too many programs and the thing froze. I Switched it off by holding down the power button, and when I turned it back on, all sounds have stopped working. It says my devices are working properly, nothing is muted, and no matter what i plug in, speakers, headphones, I can't hear a thing. Could somebody please help me?

Got the same problem as that guy. That didn't solve it, though.

Hey, I'm sorry, could somebody lock this? I fixed it by restarting. sorry if i caused any inconvenience.
