I really dont get, like at all. What is the problem with promoting?? This goes for the artists themselfs, what the fuck are they doing?
Just look at all the newcomers today. Yelawolf, Hopsin etc all have bigger fanbases than these guys.

They never were on top really.

They're among the best (if not the best) when it comes to raw talent and potential, but they're awful at promoting.

They were never on top? Obie Trice, which isn't particularly better than SH rappers, went platinum back then. D12 too.

Shady Records use to be huge.

And as for right now, I wouldn't say they're at the bottom. Not on top either.

Yeah it is now. But he did make a big name for himself waaaaay before Shitty Records put hands on him. When Em retires (not soon I hope) he should really be the boss of the label, and do his work.
