I dont feel the dude not "freezing" justifies the officer shooting him. That should be the absolute last resort. People dont seem to understand the weight of ending someones existence. Like they are no longer alive, living, breathing, thinking and feeling. That shit gets to me.

If you don't freeze when a cop tells you to and you are suspected of having a weapon on you, it's their lives or yours at that point.
It's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.
Truth is if most of you were one of those cops, you would've shot him as well.
Why couldnt they have used a stun gun? I dont understand the process nor will I pretend too so im genuinely asking.,Im speaking on a purely moral basis, why it would have been at all necessary to shoot him? Also why cant you shoot to harm?
