Who has right of way?

Is it up to the people or should the people not be there?

Great Britain says they have the Falklands, Aregntina says it has the Malvinas.
Due to recent events this has came up on TV and in conversation, from time to time this past week.

It's the same place.

I say let the people speak, and so far, they say they want to be British.
There is an argument to have those people taken off that rock but, until the people change their mind...
Great Britain is letting them do that.
