Why not? I mean, anyone considering it, obviously are not happy in their current body and want to change it, like most surgeries. Does look painful though

I guess there is a limit, I read somewhere that you cant undergo the surgery if your 5'9''. But it can be of great help to some people who are like this guy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lcNG-pY8EXI , he went from 5'3'' to 5'7''.
