Well, this box with pouches that I had ended today... and it was the first time I tried that one, and it didn't do anything for me... nothing, I could just feel it under the lip... nothing else, what a disappointment, only one time I felt something 
So I bought a new one ... the one I have tried few times before... and DAAAMN! THERE!!! It was great.
But then I got dizzy
