Niqabs shouldn't be worn in banks, airports, prisons or ID photos. And if a person of authority needs to varify your identity, for any genuine reason, it should have to be removed by law until a positive ID is established.

There was this story some weeks ago:

In Sweden, in a jail, a guy's friend or something came to visit, with him he had a lady who was wearing niqab. What happened? Somehow they managed to switch clothes (the prisoner and the lady... or maybe it was a man, I don't remember), and he escaped freely, while the lady was left there. They found out too late.
