Nothing has really changed. Thats why I haven't been posting.
I have been thinking about it a lot lately and I really have wanted to in some situations.
I just figure I'll post when something interesting happens and just check in every once in awhile.

Hey guys, I haven't posted here for awhile because I am ashamed of myself..

I have indeed relapsed.

I made it to day 9 and then smoked. I thought I would just smoke 1 time and keep going but I happened to smoke on a Friday.. So of course when it was offered Saturday and Sunday I convinced myself "Oh I have already smoked this weekend why can't I keep going till Monday"

Anyways Monday i lost my job, It's a long story and it was actually a good thing as I was getting scammed. But I hung with my buddies all week and I hate to say it but I have been smoking everyday since..

I feel terrible and I don't know what to do.

^Don't get down about it. There was a good chance that would happen - it's a slow process - doesnt just happen overnight. Read through the earlier advice people gave.

Maybe what would be best is to cut down slowly rather than quitting altogether straight away. I dunno, it's different from different people do only you know whats best but you could try that.

Again, if you get tempted, think about all the bad things that will happen if you smoke and all the bad feelings associated with it. Think of the money you'd spend on weed which could be put to more importance use, especially since you've lost your job.

Make a target of a treat you can buy yourself with the money you'd normally spend on weed, becuase then you have a positive to look forward to if you dont smoke and that will give you more incentive to stop.

Thanks for replying positively, I feel terrible maybe that's why I have not posted for awhile.. I was afraid to admit it to you all.

The thing about weed is I get it for free, so the money is not an issue. Also even if I didn't have any everyone I know would have some on them willing to share. Even my family.

It's weird because when your high you think that it's positive, so it's hard to think of all the bad things that will happen when none of it seems bad.. It only seems bad when something bad happens to me and I stand back and look at it all. I hope this makes sense.

I am gonna start again by not smoking today.. I think my main goal will be to not smoke on the weekdays, and leave the weekends open.
