According to multiple UK websites, 50 Cent will be collaborating with British pop star Robbie Williams on a track from his new album, "Before I Self Destruct." The collab is two years in the making as the G-Unit general has a troubled past with the top selling British solo artist in history.
Back in 2005, the two megastars clashed during a stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Germany. Williams says it started when 50 was greeted to chants of "Robbie, Robbie" as he arrived at the hotel. 50 and his crew then took over the hotel bar at 4 A.M. and had the hotel play hip-hop music in the lobby, says Williams (who complained). 50 Cent, on the other hand, says the beef between him and Williams started because he refused to meet the British star.
Either way, a rumored rumored track list that recently hit the internet does NOT show Robbie Williams as a guest on the album although it does show Nate Dogg, Eminem, Swizz Beats, Dr. Dre and G-Unit. Production for the album, according to the rumored track list, will come from Red Spyda, Hi-Tek, Play-n-Skillz, Don Cannon, Sha Money XL, Dr. Dre (the man behind "I Get It In", the 2nd single) as well as Scott Storch, who made the first single “Get Up”.
