yea, i think this really can't be finished....though the beat and hov were dope, it all doesn't seem polished enough to be dre...and this might just be my preference but it's missing a hook/chorus...

It's not bad but it feels as if it's lacking something. Jay-Z does pretty well, the beat is catchy but not good enough at the same time. I dunno, confuzzled.
