Advice: Pick a slower beat. Atleast until you get a sense of timing. This will also help you find your own voice, and not rush it out. Your link, gives off the amateur sound of, trying to sound like something, but not being able to because of the speed of the beat. But also another advice, pick another sound, and change how you emphasize words.

I checked out your song man, and I do agree with what most people are saying about staying on beat. One thing that really helped me when I was first starting, aside from using the snares, is counting syllables. You want to get each couplet as close to the same amount of syllables as you can. Also, while you're writing, plan out where you want to take pauses/breaths and when you want to speed up or slow down your flow so that it best compliments the beat.
Keep at it though man, everything comes with time.

Off beat. Delivery needs a lot of work. Lyrically ehhh But it's your first recording? Keep practicing. Buch if different ways to find the beat to ride. Just keep at it and u will steadily improve.
