I know No Doubt and Gwen Stefani are rock/pop but they still categorise under pop to me
Same applies to Alanis she's rock pop but that's still pop
If they were recognised in charts and Top of the Pops over here, then I class them as pop.

Queen is debatable as they are clearly rock but I still categorise them as rock/pop becase they made the normal pop charts.

I guess I don't see it. Not that it isn't genuine but those songs scream "gosh i should be with the teen heart throb, i'ma small town gurl and we shuld b 2getha". Like if random scenes from some Nicholas Sparks films were put into song. It just isn't interesting to me I guess. Sorry m8
