Good speakers vs good headphones

The only bad thing is if I keep mine on fir too long they begin to hurt my ears

I own a pair studio reference speakers , no comparison to a headphone .

Good headphones. Not a fan of listening to music out loud. I hardly never have headphones on.

I have tinnitus in my right ear, so there is always a light ringing noise in it. Whenever I put in headphones it cuts out all other noise so I can only hear the music and the ringing, which is pretty annoying. So I usually prefer to listen through speakers.

i have (had) this too, but in both ears ( in the right ear it is stronger), it comes from the neck .
Nerves are imo squeezed
I am visiting the osteopath and it goes straight much better now
that goes away, you just have to find the cause of the beep.
