But Em's verse makes me think differently:

We grew up, grew apart, as time went by us, then I blew up
To both yours and mine surprises
Royce was on his debut album expected to be a hit so that doesnt make sense and it sounds a bit like it's about Proof as they had a falling out when Em got signed but it doesnt seem likely.

Kon's verse is crap but I haven't a clue what it means.

Then Proof's verse doesnt sound like it's about Royce either

You're only at the top 'cause my homie had to stop - Royce has never been at the top.

I think all 3 verses are about different people - fuck knows how though.

One of my favourite D12 tracks though - best of D12 World IMO.

I've always though it's about Em falling appart from the group when he became big and famous. He is like:
