It's more scary then funny.

I know, I had nightmares when I first heard it.

The mood of the song is just not comedy in the slightest.

It's a bit of dark humour. The verse is asking for some dark comedy, if you ask me, and Em gives it that.

Also "meet you on the street and slap you just to break the ice" is a funny line (especially the "Hi, I'm Eminem" bit in the background).

And "and if you catch me bobbin' my head to some bullshit spittin'
I was probably just tryin to shake the lice" is funny.
