Infinite (album)

Postby Rafael » May 17th, '14, 13:09

Was bumping this today and I gotta say this is probably one of his best albums rapping-wise.

The rhyming on this album is so crisp and there's so many incredible lines on this project. And the multies on this are insane.

"Your ass forgot, so just in case you don't remember me, I'll walk your brain around the block to jog your fuckin' memory."

"When I represent it, and we'll have a referee in it every minute, so when I win it, you'll never resent it"

"My thesis will smash a stereo to pieces, my acapella releases classic masterpieces through telekinesis, that eases you mentally, gently, sentimentally, instrumentally, with entity, dementedly, meant to be Infinite."

He has some solid beats on this album, and some gems here and there too. But fuckit man, Its a really enjoyable listen to me.

I like it because it forewarned everybody of who he was and his struggles so you know he's not making it up cuz it came before he blew.
It's ok is my favorite song as I feel it sums up his aspirations, shows his hunger, and a prequel to his career basis.
"It's been hell on this earth since I fell on this earth"
He talks about his dream of leaving half a mill. for his baby girl.. so we know she was his part of his inspiration, and fuel from the beginning...

then as his career plays out "this is wack this is way more then I ever could've asked"
Alls I wanted to do is give hailie the life I never had instead I forced us to live alienated...
Almost like its ok is the prequal, say goodbye to Hollywood is the sequel

was thinking about the song "infinite" the other day and if that were to be his last song, like a re-release but better production and different verses

It never really told a story; he just rhymed big words.

I wouldn't say it was fucking terrible, though.

I'm mad as Hell on the trail of this tattle tale, I heard a yell
The voice sounded familiar, "Gimme your girlfriend or I'm gonna kill ya"
I followed the voice that led down a flight of steps, sneezin' at dust and swingin' at the spiderwebs
Inside the depths of his basement, I taste lint in my mouth then the lights in the place went -
I saw my life flash in front of my eyes, I felt a butcher knife slash at one of my thighs
None of my guys knew where I'm at I was doomed, then I remembered the flashlight in my costume
Hook
Dealing with backstabbers there was one thing I learned, they're only powerful when you got your back turned
I yearned for the day that we finally met again, so I could give him a taste of his own medicine
He shed his skin then he promised to come clean, I took his butcher knife and jabbed it into his spleen
Cut (cuffed) him at the seam (scene) and dragged the fella home, beating him over the head with the telephone

:sweating:

Decent album but nothing too memorable about it. And every album Em has put out since he hit mainstream has blown Infinite out of the water (basically every Eminem studio album except Infinite)
