First of all my collegues are all great. We always talk and have fun. There is no bad relationship between anyone. Everyone are friends. This also includes the boss. That's pretty much why I still haven't quit my job.
Our boss is also awesome. He always talk a lot (sometimes too much, lol). He is understandable and just wants his workers to have a good time at work. We of course have to do our job as well.
He had given me a shift one day, and I told him I couldn't because I had exams in few days and I had to read for it. He quickly apologized and tried finding someone else, but seeing as most of the workers are students, no one could replace me. He then told me that I could just come to work and read for my exam while getting paid for 8 hours. I didn't have to do other stuff, just read.
Obviously I didn't, because it's hard to concentrate on that when other stuff happens in the store... customers who need help, machines that needs a fix, etc.
Still, I like how he tries to find a solution like this. It isn't the first time either. I suddenly got kind of sick the day I was going to work, but no one can replace me in a short time, so he said the same thing again... just go to work and do nothing. Just relax, eat and drink on the store's expense. No need to pay yourself.
All this while I was getting paid.
Plus he often describes me as the best worker in the store
Other things I like about my work... many pretty girls coming in to buy stuff, and many of them are regulars
