This doesn't add up.... This is eminem, he just released an album doing the bare minimum of promotion seeming to not like all the press. Why would he go and release another album so soon after?

Like the one year gap between Relapse and Recovery you mean? Or the one year gap between SSLP and MMLP? He's done it before, it makes sense.
