Making a Acapella

I want to use a certain part of a song for a chorus, but I don't know how to make it into an acapella. Is there any program or way that I can do this? Thanks

I believe there are, but the quality of the acapella will be very very very bad and might cause some distortion due to the background noises

most of the times rappers use someone elses acapella (from other than a rap song), they use the original song and they sample it correctly to the beat, but the beat has to follow the same or a similar pattern to the desired sample
