if its for non profit, your breaking no laws

if its for profit your breaking laws but only if you sold about 25,000 of say the single were you use that beat would it be worth the labels time to sue you, coz its costs alot of money tot ake someone to court and if you hadnt sold to many copies they woudl lose out on money when they sue'd you
