Structure: J roc - Rain had too long of lines, and didn't drop ten like he was supposed to.

Rhymes: Rain, Just better rhymes imo, although J-Roc's were also impressive.
Nameplay: Tie, I liked J-Roc's blue pill and snow lines, and Rain had some good ones too.
