Yeah it looks good with a suit, I have one that I wear with suit pants and belt (no tie or jacket though). I don't wear it much though as I have to be in the mood but it looks cool without the tie/jacket. I wouldn't wear it with jeans. There aren't many button up shirts I wear with jeans but it really depends on the colours that go with the blue denim, purple works well for me.

A few days ago I was in the H&M and saw a Kanye West cropped top

I don't like H&M, the few things I have from there, all have terrible quality.

The clothes are very inexpensive yes, but I have a shirt I had to use as pajama after I washed it..

Personally, I keep it very simple -- usually, just some black jeans and a white/black t-shirt + converse shoes (during the summer). Spring/autumn --> some casual leather jacket.

That's exactly what Kanye West and Jay-Z wear though. lol.. the irony. But I like them. And they're really expensive as fuck.
