Looking to lose a bit of weight I'm guessing? You're probably aware of this, but get yourself a jump rope and do 30 minute sessions daily (1 minute jumping/1 minute rest, for 30 minutes excluding rest times). Tones the absolute shit out of your calves and hamstrings and works your core/balance ontop of burning a ton of fat as well. Personally, diet-wise I really only eat white meat, a lot of leafy veg...non of that frozen shit, rice, whole eggs and a lot of water. I strength train each body part once or twice a week. And that's that.
