It's a relatively known fact that comcast has the worst customer service of all time, at least for a company as large as comcast. In fact they have a percentage of income set aside specifically for losing lawsuits, what's getting sued for $1,000,000 to a company that rakes in more than 100x that amount in a couple months? That's their motto.
