Just try to put some emotion in your voice, that'll make your voice sound better. And some people just don't have a good voice for rapping..

Each person and track is different, just compare Em's older stuff to that annoying shit he does in "Ass Like That"..I sometimes change my voice depending on what the tracks concept is, if its a laid back type song then I use a calm mellow type voice, if its a softer love type song I will raise my pitch a bit, if its a battle then I use more of an aggressive "mean" voice..it all depends on what you're doing

But that would be your delivery, not deliberately changing your voice.

i agree on the emotion thing was Zu said
plus my voice sounds a bit different when i try to speak up loudly for the recording
in normal life i talk pretty chilled or you can call it more quiet lol
so yeah...when i speak up and my voice get louder then i sound different
but i dont do this on purpose..actually my voice sounds higher when i do this..
its just the way it is.....do everything to get a clean recording

I don't change the sound of my voice, cause no one can chance the sound of it but you can change the tone. For example on the Out Of You track i did with big ax-d, I had a very sarcastic tone.

In Let It Rain track I did, I had a much more serious tone.

Now I don't agree with people that say put emotion in it, cause sometimes that's not the case. Now of course, at all time you want to mean what you say but if your doing a very light hearted track and your rapping like No Apologies-Eminem then you got some issues.

if anything, i change it according to the beat, if its a fact paced beat, expect my voice to be higher than usual to accommodate my lung capacity,

now if its a slow song, i usually lower my voice cause i know i would not have to stop at every so bars to catch a breath.

i speak clearer focus on my words more focus on dictation alot more. so my voice is spoken differently.
