Look at the skull structure, skin tone and tattoos.
It's him, trust me.
He had his chest and abdomen split open during the necropsy, so that's why he looks different.

When Pac 'died' he was really buff. In this one he looks chubby and fluffy and shit. i just can't see 2Pac in him.

If he purposely faked his death, then why would he reveal he's alive. Wouldn't that ruin the purpose of faking it?

first of all, pac is dead, that picture is after opening his body, i've seen the pic from be4 this.
when you cut through your muscles aren't attached to each other as be4, that is why he looks different.
2. many people would hate if he just comes back cuz they will feel cheated.
3. no, you can't arguably say 2pac was the best, there r way better rappers out there in flow, lyric, punch lines, every thing, and one of them (in my opinion also the best) is Emin3m.
now, john lennon is some revolutionary man and i would love to have him back.
