Something problem with my laptop

I have acer extensa 4630z laptop…Around these days its suddenly shutdown when I working on with my laptop...I update virus guard also…But nothing change. I couldn’t find what actually problem was for my laptop…I need some technical support. I hope some answers from here!
I use solar chargers to charge my iphone battery

ram or mainboard but mostly somethin is wrong with ur ram.
