there are good reasons under the right circumstances im not saying in this case it was right but there still are good reasons... like if your over there and some guy is threatening your life somehow or talkin about killin you or your family then theres a good enough reason to shoot (but wheres something that proves that he shot first? because if you have something that proves it please let me know)
