I dunno if it's just cause we were all younger but it was so easy to make music. Like, now it's still somethin I love to do but it's a grind. Takes what feels like forever for me to make shit. Back then I did so much shit. And everyone would collab with fuckin everyone, everyone was bringin shit out.

I was listenin to the URD Prequel Mixtape, which is what prompted me to make the thread. We did that in like a couple months, and I made Universal at pretty much the same time. I could never do that shit now. And Universal is more well-balanced than like my last, three albums.

It's probably just romanticising the past though.

actually i dont think that's true..URD members all seem to still be grinding..I think sajjad said he's quitting internet for a min to focus on music, chris just dropped his mainstream remixes, and i've been workin a lot (just dont release much) and u just released TMA2 and Unwelcome back wasn't too long ago
