Return of Advertising

[TRshady]

TRshady has always been a side hobby, with priority being given to my current employment. Recently, I decided to return to study and working on my own projects fulltime. It means where as the server costs were simply a cost I had to ensure - they are now a large expense and so I'm going to be exploring ways to directly, or indirectly, reach a point where they pay for themselves, and importantly, to get to a position where I can continue devoting my time to projects I'm passionate about.

For the very moment, it's a return to the adverts you should now see at the top of each page, but I'll be experimenting. The majority of my time will be spent on my upcoming website for those who want to Learn Portuguese (OlaPortuguese.com). At the end of this week I'll be making an announcement with the new additions to TRshady - including what I hope to be a new design (am talking to a designer friend at the moment).

In the meantime, I'm open as ever to suggestions and the goal for TRshady.com remains as clear as ever: To document the life and career of Eminem. I know the majority of you visit the forum only, but for those who do frequent the site, you may have noticed:

Some suggestions for that list: Bad Guys Always die is produced by Dr. Dre & Mel-Man, so you can edit that in there I guess. I don't believe Biterphobia was produced by DMX lmao...And it appears on "Fuckin' Backstabber". Canibitch appears on Straight From The Lab. Don't Approach Me is Xzibit's song featuring Eminem off of his album Restless. Etc. There's a lot more that could be done to improve that list, I'm more than sure some members would be cool to help out. I'm cool with advertisements

Alright, ill start sending 20 pound a month, i know its not a great deal but every little helps i suppose,
i think you should add a donations page, it won't hurt, and if a member can send a little here and there it will help with keeping the site going, i love this site and the members on it so i don't want anything bad to happen to it.

So much for making my millions through developing my own projects that make a positive difference. Who wants to buy some lemonade? =D

Edit: Head's up guys, I'm gonna be experimenting over the coming while with ways to have my projects pay for themselves and continued development. Your feedback is always more than appreciated, gonna have to bear with me while I figure this out. *cue 'Talkin to myself' *

Have said this before, but just to be clear: I'll never let this ship sink. Would sell my girlfriend and up to but not exceeding 3 limbs to be sure this stays afloat. As much as donations are appreciated, I'll be sure we never capsize without them.
