Well, I'm guessing that he's been going grey for a while now. I know that his natural hair color is brown, but I think that he's still dyeing his hair to make himself look young... like most celebrities do.

Not necesary. There are a couple of men in my family around the same age, and they doesn't have gray hairs... Also his hair is shorter than ever, I guess he has to cut it very often to keep the shape, so unless he dyes his hair like every single week or so...
