Let's say I get E on every subject this semester (which I don't, lol), I will still get the credit that is determined, but of course... I will not be able to do get on higher levels like PhD if the grades are not good enough. That means I would have to spend another year to make them better. And vica verca, if I drop out of one of the subjects, I won't get the credit that I need, and will not be able to get on higher levels if I don't have the amount of credits I need, no matter how many A's I have.
