I was toying with an idea that I wanted to present to you(trshady/sajn) for a long time now, I just didn't have the guts to make a topic since i was sure or lets say "afraid" that you would turn it down immediately.
For 2 years now, with a break of 6 months in beetween, since I had to do a lot for school and other stuff, I've been heavily involved with Photoshop and c4d. I won't go ahead and say that my work is really good or some pro stuff, but i do think it's good.2 months ago or something like this, I started to work heavily with PS and c4d again and re-discovered the love I once had for gfx in general.
Now, I've seen that TR has a section for graphics and graphic requests, but that nobody is really contributing or really looking after that section in general. I feel like that section isn't used good, therefore i would like to ask you, the TR family, if you would like the idea of me beeing something like a Designer on this forum or a "webmaster".
The first thing i would do is make a complete overhaul of the whole subforum. My main priority would be the request section. Since I'm really getting back into gfx, i would do every request i get. Of course, there would be some rules like "one request per day only" or "you'll need 20 posts for a request", something like this, but i would really love to do all those requests, doesn't matter if it's a PS-avatar or c4d-sig, I'd love to do that.
Now, i know, some of you are going to think something like, "you are not a trustworthy member, you could easily go ahead and fuck the whole forum up", but anybody that knows something about content management and phpbb, knows, that if sajn would only give me the permission to edit the graphic section, i wouldn't even be able to mess things up. And I also know that I'm not that long on TR, but i do think that I've been a "good" guy so far
I'm not asking for some crazy stuff, or to be an admin here, I'm just askin you to let me take my hobby and contribute to Trshady or lets just say, give something back to the community
I know, you probably want to see some of my work.. I'm not going to upload any of my work just now, since i want to know what ya'll think first. It would be a waste of time for me to post some of my work for nothing
