The fourth gym is in mauville. Just go under the cycling road right next to the trick house in slateport city~

you arent that guy, haha, but i googled it and read like 5 different things, and they all say to go to this place and no matter what i do, i can't find the place haha... it doesnt matter though, i dont play that often anyways. and sorry, i didnt know there was a pokemon thread...

Dude just watch it on Youtube, there are hundreds of walkthroughs and you'll be able to actually see where the player goes.
