Charges against Eminem dropped

Charges made against Eminem after he was involved in a fracas at a strip club have been dropped.

Last week a man informed the police that the star had punched him while in the bathroom of The Cheetahs strip club in Detroit in the early hours of the morning.

Speaking to local television station WXYZ, the alleged victim stated: "Eminem got done and boom. He started swinging. I was just minding my own business, taking a leak."

A police department spokesman also told Reuters: "He said that the suspect had struck him several times."

No reason has been given for the case being dropped.
