So, those little girls were taught to shoot and kill by Carol. Carol killed Tyreese's side-bitch. Now, those little girls are being 'taken care-of' by Tyreese, and only Rick (plus Carl) knows that Carol taught those girls. Rick was talking to Daryl about "who's going to look after the girls now?" and Rick had no clue as to what to do with them.

Those little girls saved Tyreese ONLY because of what Carol taught them. CAROL saved Tyreese. My buddies and I believe that Rick isn't going to tell Tyreese about Carol because they need Tyreese to look after the girls. If Tyreese found out about Carol, he'd hate the girls and that would leave the girls just being nuisances.
