Aone: Yeah I agree about the non-offensive delivery of "nigga", but OP said we had to specifically say "nigger". To be honest I think we would be better off with just one of the meanings though. Desensitize people to the word casually, and people will care less and less about it. Or, if you think the word is offensive, then you should be trying to never use the word instead of literally soaking it into pop culture. If you are actually bothered by its origins for personal reasons, then you would think you would never want it brought up. I would respect that. I think "faggot" is more offensive, why? if you'd say faggot to a faggot, he'll be mad, if you say faggot to person who is not a faggot, he'll be mad too. when it comes to 'nigger', say that to a white person, he'll be probably happy, if a nigger say to a nigger "nigger", that will be normal and not offensive, 'nigger' is only offensive when a white person say that word to a real nigger, at least I think so.

wrong. everything is contextual. Generally speaking, the term 'nigger' is connected to a much more horrific history than the term 'faggot' so historically speaking, 'nigger' is generally understood as being more offensive and holding more weight as a term.
