Stimulate belonged on The Eminem Show. I love "Say Goodbye Hollywood", but I truly think both should have been on it. With that said, let's get to the review. Great song, unfortunately only available commercially on the 8-Mile soundtrack Limited Edition. Hypnotizing beat with content that actually has meaning. He basically talks about how "His Lyrical content is constantly under fire." If you haven't heard it, which I'm sure many of you haven't, I recommend taking a listen.

I love how the first verse and third verse being connected. The first few lines especially. Lyricism for real. And to this day, I think it's genius to rhyme "guardian" with "partying".

It actually sorta makes sense to come after a song called "When The Music Stops". I think I agree with you.

Just played it behind "When the Music Stops", transitions perfectly. And "Till I Collapse" comes in smoothly as fuck afterward.
Beats out SWUS in every way too, considering is really just a pointless diss track towards Jermaine that half the world didn't even know happened. Adds absolutely nothing to the album whatsoever, takes away from it actually, while Stimulate is one of Em's best songs and fits the whole theme, it just screams out TES.

Fuck Em, what were you thinking?

I love this song. His flow is fucking amazing. I still enjoy Eminem's flow and style in 2002 more than any other year. I love The Eminem Show.
