With Macs download Transmission :
http://www.transmissionbt.com/download/
I use it and it's flawless.
After this then continue to step two, both sites VipBro mentioned will not harm your system. But you have to pay attention to the installation instructions in the file you download.

There was like 10 Police cars in our backyard, they did just come in trough the windows with loaded M16's and killed my dogs, at this situation i knew what i'm going to do and took my computer with me when i ran outside so cops wont get me, i was hiding for like 30 minutes in the woods and did get get my ass to buss and went to another city with it, the buss did get me to the airplane so i would get to South-Africa, i did successfully land there and now i live in Somalia.
