Yeah, pretty much.

You join a league, like for example "TRshady" if someone creates it.
You have a budget limit, and you pick out players to fill the different positions. Then you get points depending on how well they do each match

- you guess the winner and the right score: 5 points
- winner and right goal difference: 3 points
- winner only: 1 point

You probably do lose the players if they get knocked out, but you have a squad of 23 players, so if you choose wisely, you'll have backups.
