I adore this song, The beat is just so powerful and that 2nd verse really is something to behold. The storytelling here is amazing too, it's like watching a short film in my mind Everytime I listen to it

The writing on this track is something else, really. I love his flow and the simplistic beat.

Observation:
In the song, Eminem depicts his teacher, the Principal, and his mom as literally contributing to him suffering brain damage (as he did in real life after Bailey knocked him into a coma). I don't think it's a stretch to suggest this was Eminem's way of suggesting that through their negligence, they may as well have said/done the things they said/did in the song.
